Only One of 10 Milford Property Sales Lists Price in Late July
Milford recorded 10 property transfers during the period ending Aug. 8, all dated July 10, but only one deed had a sale price recorded: $487,400, in a transfer from Sara Rakesh to Middlesex Savings Bank. With consideration amounts missing from nine of 10 filings, the reported price range and median reflect that single sale rather than the full set of transactions. Black Bear Circle saw two transfers, the only street with more than one recorded deed. Several transactions involved banks, credit unions or mortgage-related entities as buyer or seller, and two appeared to be transfers within the same family or entity. Limited recorded prices makes the period's overall market conditions difficult to assess from the available data.
