The top recorded sale was 30 Congress St. at $105,000, sold by Anthony M. Murphy and Anthony Murphy to Milford Federal Bank. Four of the seven transfers listed a bank, mortgage lender, or mortgage-registration entity as the buyer rather than an individual, and three transfers had no buyer listed in the available data.
