Milford records seven property transfers as banks and lenders dominate August-September deed activity
Milford recorded seven property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data. Three of the seven listed a disclosed sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $105,000, with a median of $45,000; the other four did not disclose a price. The top recorded sale was 30 Congress St. at $105,000, sold by Anthony M. Murphy and Anthony Murphy to Milford Federal Bank. Four of the seven transfers listed a bank, mortgage lender, or mortgage-registration entity as the buyer rather than an individual, and three transfers had no buyer listed in the available data.
