Milford Records 10 Property Transfers in August, Few Prices Disclosed
Ten properties in Milford recorded deed transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price: $150,000 and $400,000, for a median of $275,000. The period's most notable transaction was 44 Mount Pleasant St., which appeared in three separate deeds, including a $400,000 sale to Vineyard Point Ventures Inc. followed by a $150,000 sale back to seller Corinne A. Iacovelli, both recorded Aug. 7. Several other filings named mortgage-servicing entities, such as Wells Fargo Bank NA and Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC, rather than disclosing conventional home sales. With price data available for just two of 10 transactions, the dataset offers limited basis for judging overall market tone this period.
