Two Milford Sales Carry Prices So Far This Month as Ten Await Registry Data
Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Milford property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two carry a sale price so far: $410,000 at 36 Grant St. and $570,000 at an unlisted address, for a median of $490,000 among priced sales. The other 10 transfers, including two on Purchase Street, have no price on file yet; that's typical, as registry price data often lags recording by about a week. Several deeds name Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as a party, pointing to mortgage-related transfers mixed in with the month's activity. With most prices still pending, the data available does not yet support a read on overall market tone.
