Only Two of 12 Milford Property Sales Carry Recorded Prices So Far
Milford recorded 12 property deeds from Aug. 28 through Sept. 26, but only two carried a sale price in the registry data reviewed for this report. Those two sales ranged from $50,000 to $60,000, with a median of $55,000. The top recorded sale was 1 Gibbon Ave., which sold for $60,000 to Bank of America NA. The remaining 10 deeds, including transfers involving a family trust, an estate and several lender-related grantors, have not yet had prices recorded, which is typical within about a week of filing. With most prices still pending, the data reviewed does not yet show a clear market tone for the period.
