Milford records 14 property transfers as August closes; pricing data still pending for all but one
Milford recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one has a posted sale price so far: $384,000, for a property with Blackpearl Holding LLC as seller and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc and Radius Financial Group Inc as buyers. The other 13 transfers, spanning streets including Bear Hill Road, Purchase Street, Beaver Pond Road and Howard Street, show no price yet in registry records, typical of the usual reporting lag. Several transactions list mortgage-industry entities as parties, and two properties are identified as condominium units. With pricing data available for just one transaction, this period's numbers offer limited insight into overall market tone; a follow-up check once more considerations post would give a clearer read.
