Milford Records 11 Property Transfers in July as Most Sale Prices Are Not Yet Recorded
Milford recorded 11 property deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two had a sale price recorded: $35,000 for 5 W Pine St. and $328,142 for a Milford property with no listed address, producing a median of $181,571 across those two transactions. The month's highest-priced recorded sale went from sellers Charles D. and Rose F. Scott to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Purchase Street had two recorded transfers, more than any other street. Several deeds were transfers within the same family or business entity, and financial institutions appeared as buyer or seller in multiple records, but with 9 of 11 transactions carrying no price recorded yet, the data offers limited insight into overall market value.
