Milford Records 10 Property Deeds, Only One Discloses a Sale Price

Ten property deeds were recorded in Milford between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one, a $250,000 sale at 481 East Main St. from Cardoso Everton Bruno Vieira to Say Something LLC, listed a sale price. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the reported price range and median both stand at $250,000. Six of the remaining nine deeds involved a bank, credit union or mortgage-related entity as grantor or grantee, including Bank of New York Mellon Trust, Middlesex Savings Bank and Bluestone Bank. No street name repeated across the 10 deeds, and no bed, bath, square-footage or property-type data was available in the records.
