Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of August 13, 2026

MILFORD — The Zoning Board of Appeals approved a West Street variance and denied a repetitive animal petition. Chair David R. Consigli led the August 13 hearing as the board unanimously approved a variance for Rudolph Lioce III at 294 West Street (Route 140) for building modifications including garage upgrades and electrical work, conditioned on Planning Board approval.

The board also unanimously denied a repetitive petition from Regiane Ferreira regarding residential animals, finding insufficient material changes despite documented improvements including remote cameras, dog training, and increased on-site monitoring. Public commenter Charlotte Kensil testified that fence height and barking frequency had decreased since the original complaint.
