Milford zoning board approved three development permits in evening session and continued a fourth. The Board unanimously approved special permits for Maria Calzolaio (200-square-foot salon at 230 Purchase Street) and Rafael De Oliveira (second-floor bedroom addition), and granted a variance to Vineyard Point Ventures for lot division and single-family construction with conditions requiring dead tree removal and homeowner meetings. Abutting property owner Ann Marie Coyle objected to the Vineyard project, citing concerns about blasting and tree removal, but the Board approved it.
Sanches Realty LLC's special permit for 17 Water Street was continued to October 8 due to insufficient board membership.
