MILFORD — Youth Commission awards scholarships and approves facility spending. The commission unanimously approved $500 scholarships to Caleb Rammauth and Chloe Pierce at its May 11 meeting, according to official minutes. The center received a $5,000 grant from the Agnes M.
Lindsay Trust, with $2,500 designated for summer camp scholarships and $2,500 for a new automated external defibrillator. The commission authorized $3,835 for an architect on the Media Center renovation project. Summer programs will close in June as the center completes lobby floor installation and front entrance accessibility improvements.
