Chairman Jonathan Bruce and Member Philip Ciaramicoli approved receivables totaling $1,172,425 and May expenditures of $594,930 spanning payroll and bills payable. The department tracks to a year-end surplus after spending only 75 percent of appropriations through 85 percent of the fiscal year.
Water sources include Echo Lake at 51 percent of demand, the Charles River at 34.5 percent, Dilla Street at 6 percent, and recycling at 9 percent, with Clark's Island offline for cleaning.
