Trustees Authorize Cemetery Administrator To Sign Contracts

Milford Cemetery Trustees vote unanimously to authorize cemetery administrator to sign contracts. At their January 7 meeting, the Trustees of Vernon Grove Cemetery formalized Cemetery Administrator Philip Greenstein's authority to sign contracts on behalf of the cemetery after trustees review and approve them. Greenstein has been signing contracts for approximately three years, but the authorization was not previously recorded in board minutes.
The board reviewed the cemetery's 2025 burial activity, recording 29 total burials including eight cremated remains at Vernon Grove, three at North Purchase, 17 full burials at Vernon Grove, and one full burial at North Purchase.
