Sewer Commission approves Beach Street with conditions, rejects West Street plan

Milford Sewer Commission approves grease-trap requirement for Beach Street, denies West Street plan. In routine business, department payroll was unanimously approved and department bills were approved with Commissioner Rudolph V. Lioce III abstaining.
Leonardo L. Morcone presided over the three-member commission, which unanimously approved the amended site plan for 10-12 Beach Street submitted by Bruno Orlandi and Bruno Oliveira, contingent on an external grease trap installation. The commission also unanimously denied a site plan for 225 West Street submitted by Alpine Place LLC and Fernando Alves, citing insufficient engineering documentation.
