Select Board approves Sky Nutro expansion, backs state tax credit application

MILFORD — Select Board backs Sky Nutro expansion with $12 million investment. Nate Spock, President and CEO, and Paul Barstow, Chief Technology Officer, presented plans for the gummy candy and functional nutrition manufacturer to relocate from Southbridge and establish headquarters and manufacturing operations at 5-7 Industrial Road. The expansion will generate 120 new permanent positions with salaries ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
The board unanimously authorized Town Administrator Richard A. Villani to submit a letter of support for Sky Nutro's application for state tax credits. The company anticipates occupying the renovated facility between September and November.
