Milford Retirement Board approves staff salary increases. The Board unanimously approved 3 percent salary increases for Retirement Administrator Kelly Capece and Assistant Administrator Tara Schouboe at its January 20 meeting, effective March 6 and March 1 respectively. The Board also approved the Treasurer's Reports for October and November 2025, voting 2-0 on each as Vice Chair Christopher Pilla recused himself from both votes.
