Retirement Board approves 3% cost-of-living increase

Milford Retirement Board votes 3% cost-of-living adjustment for town retirees effective July 2026. Vice-Chairman Christopher Pilla presided as the board unanimously approved the COLA, with members Richard A. Villani, Esq. and James Curley present.
The board also approved the January 2026 Treasurer's Report on a 2-0 vote, with Christopher Pilla recusing himself. The board enrolled seven new members to the pension system and processed routine matters including refunds and a transfer to Mass. Teachers' Retirement.
