Milford Planning Board reorganizes leadership, approves solar canopy stormwater permit. The board unanimously elected Jose M. Morais as Chair, Christopher Wilson as Vice-Chair, and the Town Planner as Secretary.
The board approved a stormwater permit for a Massachusetts Department of Corrections solar canopy project at 50 Maple Street, granting three waivers on the application fee, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan requirements, and 90 percent Total Suspended Solids removal requirement. Two site plan applications were continued for further review.
