Milford Planning Board rejects site plan waiver for proposed downtown office. The Board voted 4-0 to deny Daniel Ribeiro's application to convert a former mini-mart to an office, citing insufficient parking documentation. The proposal cannot provide required front-yard parking spaces because an ADA ramp serves residential rentals above.
Town Planner Matthew Benoit noted the office would require two spaces, residential units six, totaling eight minimum spaces. The Board noted the plan does not show required parking designated in the rear lot.
