Planning Board approves site plan amendment for 336 Main Street auto repair.

Planning Board · Meeting of January 20, 2026

MILFORD — The Milford Planning Board unanimously approved a site plan amendment for 336 Main Street authorizing an auto parts, retail, and repair facility operated by Jan Carpentry Inc., contingent on Town Engineer approval of stormwater calculations and inclusion of a cape cod berm to control drainage. Chairman Jose M. Morais presided over the five-member board, which also endorsed an 81P plan for 18 and 20 Gordon Drive and approved the Planning Board Fee Schedule.

Town Engineer Elizabeth Mainini reported that the Attorney General's review of the stormwater bylaw required no edits, though the board remains uncertain whether the Massachusetts Department of Correction's proposed stormwater upgrade on Maple Street will require a state permit.
