Milford Planning Board approves religious use at 10-12 Beach Street. Town Planner Matthew C.
Benoit confirmed remaining parking met minimum zoning requirements. The Board also voted 3-0 to send unfavorable recommendations to the Zoning Board of Appeals on a variance at 12 East Walnut Street citing lack of hardship, and on a special permit at 17 Water Street citing pre-existing non-conformities and insufficient parking.
