The board cleared an amended site plan for K&M Auto Sales and Repair at 40 Cape Road, converting three parking spaces into snow storage and removing encroaching structures. In other action, the board approved minor amendments to Old Cedar Court self-storage, including propane storage for backup power; Calagione, White, and Wilson voted yes while Morais abstained.
The board endorsed a Colonial Road encroachment-elimination plan pending Town Counsel review.
