Milford Planning Board backs 81P plan and ADU approval, withholds vote support on two applications. Chair Jose M. Morais presided as the board unanimously endorsed a residential 81P plan at 100 Medway Road and approved a 23 Silver Hill Road accessory dwelling unit conditioned on adding a water line per Water Department direction, with Member Christopher Wilson voting against the ADU.
The board continued a 225 West Street site plan application to March 17 pending access easements, departmental letters, and Hopedale Sewer Commission coordination. The board forwarded two warrant articles unanimously to the Select Board for Annual Town Meeting: correcting lot width discrepancies and repealing Section 2.4.8 of zoning bylaws governing wetland proximity, now handled by the Conservation Commission bylaw alone.
