Milford Zoning Board reelected its leadership at a June 11 meeting. The board voted unanimously by roll call to return David R. Consigli as Chairman and appoint John Mastroianni Jr. as Vice Chairman.
The board also voted unanimously to accept without prejudice the withdrawal of a variance application filed by Joaquim and Maria Morais for a 34,290-square-foot parcel at 2 Mason Drive; the applicants had sought to divide the property for construction of a second single-family dwelling. Members present included Mark Calzolaio and Robert P. Capuzziello; David H.
Pyne and Christopher Burns were absent.
