Milford's Economic Development Commission updates its comprehensive plan while addressing business development challenges. The Commission, with four members present, approved updates to its comprehensive plan goals spreadsheet. Chair Matthew C.

Benoit and Vice Chair Anthony Pinto discussed barriers to growth including split tax rates and obsolete office space that would require costly upgrades for conversions. Benoit said he would obtain tax share percentages for the next meeting. The Commission noted the Attorney General's recent approval of a revised Stormwater Bylaw and Accessory Dwelling Unit regulations.
