Conservation Commission approves three compliance certificates, grants Haven Street setback waiver

Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 22, 2026

Milford Conservation Commission issues three compliance certificates, grants setback waiver. At its January 22 meeting, the board issued Certificates of Compliance for a 2001 pool at 5 Jencks Road, advanced partial approval at 21 Beaver Street for completed wetland replication, and voided a prior order for 21 Beaver Street where proposed work was never begun. The commission unanimously granted a waiver allowing an accessory structure at 82 Haven Street to be built approximately 12 feet from a Bank resource area, overriding the standard 25-foot setback required by town Wetland Administration Bylaw.

Two project hearings were continued to February 26.
