Commission sets infrastructure priorities in comprehensive plan review.

MILFORD — Commission prioritizes infrastructure and downtown traffic safety in comprehensive plan. The Economic Development Commission, chaired by Matthew C. Benoit with Vice Chair Anthony Pinto, Joe Boczanowski, and Scott Kaplan present, unanimously approved the January 14 meeting minutes.

Members set priorities for comprehensive plan goals, focusing on Chapter 7 goals 1A and 1B and Chapter 6 goal 1C for downtown traffic safety. Mr. Kaplan agreed to prioritize infrastructure improvements before addressing mixed-use development, while Mr.

Pinto asked the commission to investigate available grants for parking infrastructure.
