Commission approves Fortune development, enforces Camp Street order

Milford Conservation Commission unanimously approves 310 Fortune Boulevard development and ratifies riverfront enforcement order. Chair Joseph Zacchilli led the Commission through approval of a Notice of Intent for the mixed-use development following peer review of drainage design, with the state Department of Environmental Protection's concerns about wetland delineation addressed by Goddard Consulting representatives. The Commission also ratified an Enforcement Order for unpermitted riverfront work at 88 Camp Street, requiring restoration-plan filing by April 15.
The Commission voted unanimously on four additional routine administrative orders.
