Board of Assessors · Meeting of January 22, 2026
MILFORD — The Milford Board of Assessors addressed a printing error on approximately 90 tax bills. Chair Joshua Lioce, Members Paul Simas and Steven Borges, and Assessor/Administrator Jennifer Sclar unanimously approved the reassessment and abatement of a sewer lien totaling $111.34 following direction from the Board of Sewer Commissioners. The defective bills omitted detached structure values from total assessments; the Tax Collector will contact the software company and/or printer.
