MILFORD — Board of Assessors addresses tax bill printing error. Chair Joshua Lioce and Members Paul Simas and Steven Borges learned that real estate tax bills were printed with two due dates, February 2 and February 3, 2026, and Assessor/Administrator Jennifer Sclar clarified that abatement applications would be accepted through the later date under Chapter 60 Section 3A. The board approved prior minutes unanimously and reviewed bills totaling $72,129.73.
