Board approves software contract contingent on legal review

Retirement Board · Meeting of April 21, 2026

Milford Retirement Board approves new software contract with legal safeguards. The five-member board voted unanimously to accept BayState Pension Solutions' contract, with Vice Chair Christopher Pilla moving approval and Member Martha L. White seconding, on condition that Town Counsel review both contracts to ensure no early termination penalties result from leaving the current PTG provider.

The board also approved the March 17 minutes (4 to 1 with 1 abstention) and February 2026 Treasurer's Report (4-0, with Pilla recused). Chair Zachary Taylor presided. The board signed three financial warrants totaling approximately $1.09 million in pension and administrative disbursements.
