Milford Board of Assessors holds spring reorganization meeting, re-elects Lioce as Chair. Joshua Lioce was re-elected with Members Paul Simas and Steven Borges present. The board approved prior meeting minutes unanimously.
Assessor/Administrator Jennifer Sclar reported an income-lien discrepancy that was not reflected on printed tax bills, and the Tax Collector's Office will send letters to affected taxpayers. The Board scheduled its next meeting for May 20, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
